We are looking for pro-active and versatile students, that can express their creativity in different ways. You'll be part of our HR team working closely with hard-working international students and other departments, so you will be surrounded in a very creative and fun environment!
In this role you'll be working together with many other students from different nationalities. The CEO and Talent Management Program Lead will coach you with regards to the different tasks that you will be assigned to. As a student consultant in the Talent Management Program team you need to coach students discover their interests and talents through individual job crafting, allowing them to experience on-the-job-learning and proactive problem-solving.
The Talent Management Program acts as a roadmap for students to expand their professional skills, knowledge, and personal development. You will coach with the rest of the team the students in this development, crafting an all-encompassing passport which helps them to kickstart their careers with the best foot forward. We're looking for someone that gets stuff done and likes to interact with different departments to work with them.
Requirements
Currently studying at a Dutch University (preferably: TU Delft, EUR, LU)
Available for at least 8-10 hours a week on a voluntary basis (flexible working hours) in the short term at our office in Rotterdam
Extracurricular activities on their CV (e.g. board/committee experience, an internship, a study abroad or their own business)
Interest in the field of HR and communications
