As a Junior Finance Consultant, you will be fully involved in the finance department for your client from day one. You work on interesting projects and you learn the intricacies of the finance profession: from payroll and financial administration to purchasing and all important financial processes within the organization. This way you gain extensive knowledge and experience with various tasks. Have you mastered the basics? Then you will take the next step and get started with complex finance issues, giving advice and get started with process optimization. You work within areas of expertise; such as Finance & control, Audit, Compliance, Data analytics & reporting. You will visit the most diverse organizations in sectors such as financial services, energy & utilities, technology and telecom, education, healthcare and life sciences, government and foundations. This way you develop in different fields and in different sectors and your work remains varied.

What you will be offered:

Requirements
A completed HBO or WO education in a financial direction such as business economics, accountancy & control, controlling, financial administration
Preferably one year of relevant work experience
Current and general knowledge of trends and developments in the financial world
Excellent language skills in the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
A broad knowledge of the Randstad. You will find all of the clients there
Enough flexibility to find your place again with every customer
This is a position for 36 or 40 hours a week.
