Creativity Pools is a non-profit advisory organization. We work with (inter)national talented students to solve complex issues for all kinds of organisations. At Creativity Pools, we believe in the positive impact of creativity and innovation on society.
We are looking for skilled and driven young professionals to join and support our organisation. For this vacancy, you will be part of our Business Development Team, based in our office at the CIC in Rotterdam, where you will collaborate with colleagues and clients within the field of Talent Acquisition, Management and Development. As we are opening up a new business line from scratch, you are at the very start of a new venture that has potential for growth. This makes our journey start with you, and we have three positions on offer for the formation of our new team.
Your specific role and responsibilities within the team:
🔹 Supporting our people leads with screening and interviewing processes
🔹 Reviewing vacancy texts and holding vacancy kick-off meetings
🔹 Independently manage the recruitment journey
🔹 Driving continuous improvement of the recruitment journey
🔹 Facilitating information for the onboarding process
🔹 Providing advice and support to the team members on recruitment topics
🔹 Managing our internal HR software and platform
🔹 Starting date of position: as soon as possible!
🔸 Work in a dynamic and energetic team in business development, with a proactive international environment where people enjoy working together and learning from each other
🔸 Generate new leads through interesting ideas and targeted goals
🔸 Work in our office space at the CIC Rotterdam, an energetic environment home to many startups!
🔸 Be responsible for drafting your own business plan together with your team, in which you will be guided by experts and seniors from Creativity Pools.
🔸 Attract possible clients, or scout for talent acquisition (candidate-sourcing) earning a commission-based salary (the more we grow, the more you earn)
🔸 Develop, manage and maintain a vast network of students and/or clients
Starting date of position: as soon as possible
Are in the final stages of a University/HBO-level education
Have working/internship experience in the fields of HR, Search and Recruitment
Are passionate about HR, Recruitment and Talent development
Are available on-site and full-time (3-4 days a week)
Strong communication skills in English; both written and verbal (knowing Dutch is a plus)
Creative and ‘outside the box’ thinker
Have the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Focused on achieving results and getting things done (experience in executing tasks and projects)
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach/focus
