At Creativity Pools, our Talent Management Program focuses on equipping students and young professionals with the foundational skills needed to thrive in today's job market. Grounded in scientific literature, our approach combines coaching, mentoring, training, and personal development to support individuals in skill-building and career exploration.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement the Talent Management Program, ensuring its alignment with industry best practices and the needs of our participants.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to students and young professionals, assisting them in developing their skills, clarifying their career goals, and making informed decisions.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on various topics related to career development, such as resume building, interview skills, and professional networking.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of program participants, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and development.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and young professionals.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English.
• Passion for career development and talent management.

Requirements
Studying at a Dutch University (HBO/WO);
Available at least 8-10 hours a week on a voluntary basis (flexible working hours) in the short term at our office in Rotterdam;
Have a documented record of extra curricular activities (e.g. honours program/board/committee experience, an internship, a study abroad or their own business);
An understanding of talent management platforms, tools, and best practices
Experience in coaching, providing workshops and building curriculums.
