THE CONTRACTOR: A renowned company from the automotive industry in the Netherlands, which is aware of the disruptive developments in technology.

THE CHALLENGE: The company wants to gain insight into the opportunities and possibilities for the company and its customers. The automotive industry has to anticipate major challenges in the field of technological, ecological and social developments. The challenge is how to respond quickly and efficiently to new business models.

THE PROCESS: A team of excellent students with relevant study backgrounds and personal qualities is put together for each question. Our Creativity Pool team of selected students began by conducting a comprehensive context analysis consisting of research using analytical tools such as qualitative and root cause models.

THE RESULT: The project has resulted in a model for managing data-driven decisions for now and the future.
