THE CHALLENGE: The future of banking for the Wholesale branch in times of major technological change. “What should Rabobank Large Corporates do to be the 'Bank of choice' in the Netherlands from 2025?”
THE PROCESS: The team of students conducted a number of analyses, including a SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, and competitor analysis and used interviews to map out pain points within Rabobank. Subsequently, four possible solutions were put forward and various revenue models for the future were presented.
THE RESULT: A transition plan has been written to reform the current organisation through an ecosystem idea. Concrete suggestions were also made to change the marketing approach of some central departments.
